Dining With Us

To ensure relaxed indulgence in the carefully crafted dishes and beverages at our bars and restaurants in Cork city, the recommended distance between all visiting guests will be strictly maintained. All stools will be removed from counters, and the number of guests at one time will be monitored and controlled.

In our Collection, all food handlers and supervisors are trained on safe food preparation and service practices so our culinary teams will ensure that the highest hygiene standards are always respected.

All menus will be replaced by menu boards or digital versions.

Our Buffet breakfast will be replace by an A La Carte concept

Disinfect all tables, counter tops and seats with sanitiser and disposable cloths

Tableware including all used and unused wares, condiments, placemats and linens will be removed and disinfected after each party has left.

Our In Room Dining service will include all our restaurants and bar menus. The delivery will be placed outside your room.
