The Lord Mayor of Cork, the local business community, local sporting and TV stars, and the Louis Fitzgerald family came together to officially unveil Fitzgerald’s Bar at The Imperial Hotel - a stunning refurbished space blending the hotel’s rich 200-year history with modern elegance. Guests enjoyed signature cocktails, light bites, live entertainment, and an electric performance by Eurovision legend Paul Harrington. This has been the case for many years in our city. At Fitzgerald’s Bar we support local musicians and adore the evenings that we have an artist playing in our bar.

At Fitzgerald’s, every sip and bite tells a story. Our expertly crafted cocktails put a modern spin on beloved classics, our curated wine list showcases the best of French and Italian vineyards, and our small plates are designed for sharing, indulgence, and lingering conversations.
